Zubair Saleem is a technical and IT guru who has worked with multiple organizations including Click Technologies and MCP Insight LTD. He has also volunteered at IEEE and served as former Chairperson at IEEE Industry Application Society. He is one of the prominent TAKMIL volunteers who has technically lead the development team in digital assessment and learning management system for out of school children (OOSC) in slums and unprivileged communities. He has provided technical support at different levels and closely worked with TAKMIL team in developing the model from scratch. His commitment and prudence has significantly helped the team to build a system tailored and customized for implementation in regions with no internet and no basic infrastructure.
