How does TAKMIL Foundation transform the child's future?
TAKMIL Foundation offers free, high-quality education to out-of-school children in underserved rural and marginalized communities across Pakistan, ensuring access to learning opportunities for all.
Basic literacy: With the help of Takmil, students can acquire the reading and writing skills they need to do well in school and beyond rewriting.
Primary education 12 months: Courses in science, math, Urdu, and English are covered by nine levels of compacted learning objectives that are passed on monthly.
Elementary education 18 months: Each grade receives the curriculum twice a month, and it covers science, English, math, Urdu, and Islamiyat at three different levels.
How does the TAKMIL Foundation model work?
TAKMIL Foundation model offers an accelerated curriculum, completing Grades 1-5 in 12 months and Grades 6-8 in 18 months using a portable School in a Box equipped with solar-powered technology. It operates in community spaces, avoiding the need for physical infrastructure and efficiently ensuring access to education in underserved areas.
