Since 2017 with just one school and 50 children in Mardan, KPK, our mission has evolved into a commitment to reaching every out-of-school child in rural Pakistan empowering over 5000 children.
Takmil Foundation Solution
How TAKMIL Model Work?
TAKMIL Foundation model offers an accelerated curriculum, completing Grades 1-5 in 12 months and Grades 6-8 in 18 months using a portable School in a Box equipped with solar-powered technology. It operates in community spaces like baithak, jirgah spaces, mosque, or facilitator homes avoiding the need for physical infrastructure and efficiently ensuring access to education in underserved areas. This ensures community is involved as a stakeholder of their children’s education.
1. Integration Accelerated Curriculum
Our accelerated model uses technology to educate multi-age children who never attended school. Completing primary and elementary literacy in 30 months, it offers Grades 1-5 in 12 months and Grades 6-8 in 18 months.
2. Digital Delivery System
We utilize video lessons from open resources to address the need for more trained instructors. Each topic includes 2-3 videos, followed by digital assessments. Additionally, our portable School-in-a-Box manages classes with solar-powered technology.
3. Community Infrastructure
TAKMIL Foundation's non-formal schools are designed for small groups, utilizing existing community infrastructure like baithak, facilitators homes, and mosques, avoiding the need for physical construction.

1. Acclerated Primary Literacy Program
Integrates technology for quality content delivery, this program is aligned with national curriculum standards, and assessed through pre-formative-summative evaluations to ensure effective literacy acquisition in 12 months.
2. Acclerated Elementary Literacy Program
18 months elementary program grade 6-8 with technology-driven content aligned with national standards and assessed through pre-formative-summative evaluations for comprehensive learning outcomes.
3. Digital Literacy
DL program equips rural students with digital skills for career opportunities, utilizing laptops, tablets, and internet resources, bridging the digital divide and enabling further education and economic empowerment.
4. Social Emotional Learning (SEL)
In this program we teach practical life skills, character-building, and soft skills development to empower students for responsible citizenship, addressing societal norms, and fostering self-awareness and empowerment.
5. STEM Literacy
Provides hands-on learning with real-world applications, fostering creativity and divergent thinking alongside science and math concepts, enhancing student engagement and interest in STEM activities.
6. Kitchen Gardening
