Takmil Foundation provides an all-inclusive program that aims to make education accessible to everybody. To ensure that nobody is marginalized, our programs aim to provide equal access to education worldwide. We provide the groundwork for a better future by empowering learners, encouraging progress, and engaging the community through innovative initiatives.
1. Acclerated Primary Literacy Program
Integrates technology for quality content delivery, this program is aligned with national curriculum standards, and assessed through pre-formative-summative evaluations to ensure effective literacy acquisition in 12 months.
2. Acclerated Elementary Literacy Program
18 months elementary program grade 6-8 with technology-driven content aligned with national standards and assessed through pre-formative-summative evaluations for comprehensive learning outcomes.
3. Digital Literacy
DL program equips rural students with digital skills for career opportunities, utilizing laptops, tablets, and internet resources, bridging the digital divide and enabling further education and economic empowerment.
4. Social Emotional Learning (SEL)
In this program we teach practical life skills, character-building, and soft skills development to empower students for responsible citizenship, addressing societal norms, and fostering self-awareness and empowerment.
5. STEM Literacy
Provides hands-on learning with real-world applications, fostering creativity and divergent thinking alongside science and math concepts, enhancing student engagement and interest in STEM activities.
6. Kitchen Gardening

Accelerated Primary Literacy Program
Educational Solutions for Multi-Age Learners
This program is specifically designed for multi-age children who have never attended school before, offering a tailored approach to their unique educational needs. By integrating technology, the model ensures the delivery of high-quality content to support their accelerated learning journey effectively.
Technology Integration for Enhanced Learning
Utilizing technology, the program incorporates video lessons sourced from open educational resources to address the challenge of limited trained instructors in the community. With approximately two to three video lessons per topic or lesson objective per subject, digital assessments are conducted regularly to monitor learning milestones and ensure continuous progress.
Curriculum Aligned with National Standards
The curriculum framework is meticulously designed to align with the single national curriculum (SNC), ensuring consistency and adherence to educational standards. Developed through collaboration between TAKMIL Foundation and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the curriculum includes teacher guides, lesson plans, and assessments aligned with student learning objectives.
Comprehensive Assessment Approach
The Accelerated Literacy Program implements three types of assessments: pre-assessments, formative assessments conducted monthly, and summative assessments. Pre-assessments gauge learners' literacy levels before program initiation, guiding educational strategies. Formative assessments track monthly progress against learning objectives, while summative assessments measure overall achievement and guide curriculum progression towards higher levels of academic proficiency.
